Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Duckurity platform ("Duckyard"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account or use the platform.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. By registering, you explicitly consent to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You may optionally consent to receive marketing communications; this consent can be withdrawn at any time from your account settings.
3. Acceptable Use
The platform is intended for authorized cybersecurity training and research. You may not use the platform to attack external systems, exfiltrate data from lab environments, share challenge solutions or exploitation techniques that undermine platform integrity, or resell access to your account.
4. Data Processing
All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and stored on infrastructure located in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). We process data under the legal bases defined in GDPR Article 6 and the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020. By using the platform, you acknowledge and accept the data processing practices described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform content, including AI-generated challenges, lab configurations, and research data, is the intellectual property of Duckurity. You retain ownership of your own tools and scripts. You may not reverse-engineer the platform's challenge generation engine.
6. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Duckurity is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from platform use. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your access is immediately revoked and associated data is handled per our Privacy Policy, including anonymization within 30 days. Refunds are provided on a prorated basis for annual subscriptions only.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email and platform notification.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt. For EU-based users, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence continue to apply where they provide greater protection.
